ERC, Northeast Ohio’s leading human resource professional service organization, is seeking undergraduate and graduate students for its Survey Internship. The Survey Intern will provide research and analysis support for the NorthCoast 99 program and ERC’s compensation, benefits, and workplace practices surveys. This is a paid position and a dynamic opportunity that provides hands-on experience in applied statistics, industrial/organizational psychology, and human resources.
The ideal candidate is studying statistics, industrial/organizational psychology, mathematics or another business-related field. Only undergraduate Juniors and Seniors, and students pursuing graduate degrees, will be considered. Proficiency with SPSS or other similar statistical applications is required. Student must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, preferably starting in April.

Training & Events Intern

This is a paid internship at the ERC offices in Highland Heights, Ohio.
This position will be responsible for providing assistance to ERC staff for various ERC programs and events including public training classes, partner events, member orientations, and more. The intern will gain hands-on experience with planning, coordinating, and executing successful programs and events for ERC. This position will primarily require availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, first-shift, approximately 25 hours per week with occasional extended hours based on event needs. Additional hours are possible as business needs require. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled as a graduate student and has strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
