Vice President, Member Services and Partnerships at ERC

Carrie is the Vice President of Member Services & Partnerships at ERC, where she is responsible for services offered to ERC’s 1100 corporate members throughout Northeast Ohio, including ERC compensation and benefit surveys, the HR Help Desk Advisory service, member engagement and retention, member cost savings, and new member development. Carrie also manages relationships with the providers who comprise ERC’s Preferred Partner network. She is responsible for the overall strategy and structure of the program, sourcing and vetting new partners, serving as a liaison between partners and ERC’s marketing team, and partner relations.

Carrie also heads ERC's NorthCoast 99 committee, where she maintains the primary role for the program’s strategic direction, application enhancements, winner benefits, sponsorships, and the award-winning event’s planning and overall management.

As a member of ERC’s senior management team, Carrie contributes strategic direction and operational support to the 97-year-old organization. In her 16-year tenure at ERC, Carrie has also served as Director of Training, overseeing the curriculum and marketing of HR University and other ERC open-enrollment programs.

Before joining ERC in 2002, Carrie served as Program Manager for COSE’s Management Center, where she oversaw the organization's programming for small business owners in Northeast Ohio, including the COSE Strategic Planning Course; as well as other courses in Marketing, Human Resources and Business Planning.

She holds a BA in Communications from John Carroll University and is a resident of University Heights.
