Using her extensive background in higher education administration and workforce development, Folly designs and delivers exceptional training and consulting to ERC clients.
As Manager, Talent & Content Development, Folly oversees the discovery, onboarding, and coordination of ERC's training team, a group of over 40 subject matter experts who bring real-world experience to sessions on over 100 topics. In partnership with the marketing team, Folly also creates and audits training content to maintain consistency with classroom deliverables. Folly's role includes her current responsibilities as ERC's Senior Trainer, Learning & Development.
Prior to ERC, Folly served as a Talent Advisor for Cuyahoga County’s SkillUp program. In this role, she helped employers attract and develop talent through training. Before relocating to Cleveland in 2011, Folly directed the career center at Wellesley College, where she actively engaged and trained student and alumnae audiences across the United States.
Folly’s passion to connect organizational needs with student and professional development services has led her to gain broad expertise in managerial and supervisory skills, performance feedback, diversity, communication skills, and more.
Folly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College, a master’s degree in counseling from Springfield College, and an MBA in business management from Ellis University. She is certified in Myers–Briggs Type Indicator®.
