As Client Delivery Manager, Hayley is accountable for the professional development support and client journey, and ultimately, a successful delivery of all professional development at ERC.
She ensures ERC trainers and clients have an exceptional experience, which includes providing instructional design support to trainers, administering assessments like Wiley® DiSC and MBTI, and evaluating the professional development feedback to make sure that the client experience was successful. In addition, Hayley is the Learning Management Administrator (LMS) and will be supporting clients throughout their journey in our LMS.
Hayley also leads ERC’s virtual, instructor-led training classes as a producer, technical expert, and host. She makes sure our virtual courses are consistently high quality and executed smoothly.
Prior to joining ERC, Hayley worked at Lubrizol in Wickliffe, Ohio as an HR Coordinator, where she organized training for all levels of the company. She also held an HR internship through Nagy's Collision in Orville, Ohio, which focused on the generalist role. Hayley has also volunteered for Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management and more specifically, for the Northern Ohio Human Resource Conference.
Hayley received her bachelor's degree in business administration, with a minor in human resources from Kent State University. There, she was a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Kent State Chapter. Outside of work, Hayley can be found cooking, working out or traveling.
