Client Service Manager at ERC

As Client Service Manager, Hayley oversees the account management of clients, vendors, independent consultants, and trainers. She administers ERC’s Training Programs and provides instructional design support to trainers. In this effort, she maintains consistency and timely delivery of all instructor materials. Hayley also partners with our marketing team in promoting these and other external events.

Keeping up with the latest trends and instruments in learning and development, Hayley manages and delivers ERC’s assessment tools, including Everything DiSC® and MBTI. She also hosts and executes our webinars, ensuring both clients and participants have a positive experience.

Prior to joining ERC, Hayley worked at Lubrizol in Wickliffe, Ohio, as an HR Coordinator, where she organized training for all levels of the company. She also held an HR internship through Nagy's Collision in Orville, Ohio, which focused on the generalist role. Having a passion for HR since age eight, Hayley enjoys learning about HR best practices every day.

Hayley received her bachelor's degree in business administration, with a minor in human resources from Kent State University. There, she was a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Kent State Chapter. Outside of work, Hayley can be found cooking, working out or traveling.
