Client Service Administrator at ERC

As Client Service Administrator, Pam brings over 25 years of HR management experience to ERC. She maintains data in our CRM program and provides a WOW customer service experience for ERC members, guests, independent contractors, and vendors.

Pam is responsible for all administrative aspects of ERC’s Training Programs. She adds new training courses to our website, oversees registrations and account receivables, coordinates all event materials, and partners with our marketing team to promote ERC events. Ensuring our HR programs are current, she applies for HRCI and SHRM recertification credits and maintains these provider certifications.

Prior to joining ERC, Pam was self-employed as a virtual assistant for clients including Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (CSHRM) and HR Leadership Group (formerly Northeast Ohio HR Planning Society). In this capacity, she maintained a membership database of over 700 individuals, prepared event marketing materials, uploaded web content, scheduled email communications, and coordinated over 30 events and three conferences annually.

Outside of work, Pam is an avid runner. She is a member of the Northeast Ohio Running Club, Cleveland Triathlon Club, and Cleveland West Road Runner. Pam also enjoys being on the water in her kayak or stand-up paddleboard. She is a proud grandmother and mother of three.
