Kip Marlow, MyBoard Founding Partner
Kip was the founder and president of Marlow Surgical Technologies for 22 years and sold it to a New York
Stock Exchange company in 1997. He has been a mentor and coach to a variety of company owners for 10 years. In 2013, Kip was chosen as a top 100 small business influencer in the United States by Small Business Trends. He is currently a mentor for over 20 start-up and early-stage companies with The Raymond Kralovic Center for Entrepreneurship, also known as Lakestart.
Jerry Cirino, MyBoard Founding Partner
Jerry was the founding CEO of SourceOne Healthcare Technologies, one of the largest radiology distribution companies in the world, with annual sales of over $1.2 billion. He has served as CEO of several other medical technology companies. Jerry also serves on numerous public and private boards, and provides private business consulting and executive coaching. He has been a Lake County Commissioner since 2016. Jerry has studied Advanced Negotiating at Harvard Law School and Effective Boards at the Harvard Business School.
