ERC Expands Management Team with Appointment of Nicki Artese

Highland Heights, OH – ERC, the human resource organization that provides training, consulting, coaching, assessments, and research services, is pleased to announce that Nicki Artese, Director, Marketing, has been appointed to the company’s management team.

With extensive marketing, PR, and business experience spanning three decades, Nicki brings valuable leadership, commitment, and passion to ERC’s management team. She joins ERC President Kelly Keefe, Senior Vice President Carrie Morse, and Controller Sandy Sharrone in overseeing the organization’s daily operations, business strategies, and HR practices.

Since coming to ERC in 2018, Nicki has been responsible for the strategic, content, and design direction of our brand’s digital and traditional communication products and publications. As a member of ERC’s leadership team, Nicki oversees a practice of professionals who provide a full suite of marketing, technology, and research services. Nicki also co-chairs the 100-Year Anniversary Committee, and she serves on the NorthCoast 99 and Fun committees at ERC.

Before ERC, Nicki operated her own marketing and PR practice for 15 years where she promoted emerging enterprises to billion-dollar businesses. Prior to becoming a solopreneur, she spent 15 years as a marketing and corporate communications executive. She has published more than 250 articles and coached more than 50 job seekers on their personal marketing strategies. Guided by Fruit of the Spirit principles, Nicki is a firm believer in and practitioner of heart-centered leadership.

Nicki holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri’s Columbia School of Journalism, with an emphasis in advertising and public relations.
