Dr. Kathleen Buse, Director, Research & The ERC Women’s Leadership Institute, will facilitate a negotiation workshop at the fifth annual Ohio Women's Leadership Summit: Asserting Your Power on Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland. Kathleen's presentation will equip participants with the tools they need to assert their power and make their voices bold.
She will present an additional workshop on Negotiation Skills for Women on Dec. 5 at ERC. The program will begin with the importance of negotiating, especially for women in today’s complex world. Then, participants will learn when, how, and why they should rely on their negotiation skills.
Kathleen is also playing a prominent role in our featured research report and event, NEO Employer Best Practices Report: Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding, on Oct. 22 at ERC. This report leverages research, including NorthCoast 99 data, that ERC has collected over the past two decades on best practices in Northeast Ohio. It will offer practical insights and solutions to the challenges facing multiple organizations and industries in hiring top talent.
