Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) are required of federal contractors annually if they have over 50 employees and have a federal contract of $50K or more.  AAPs can be complex and tedious. Many employers find that outsourcing their annual AAP is time saving and reduces a heck of a lot of headaches.
