ERC Membership:
Benefits of becoming an ERC Member can now be found in one convenient place: under our new Member Benefits menu. Here is where you can purchase survey data, learn about the HR Help Desk, view the preferred partner network, and more! Be sure to check out the new survey data page, as this now incorporates a new feature: benchmark data. These are Northeast Ohio specific reports, and these survey results can be accessed for free after completing the corresponding forms.
ERC Training:
Looking for a new training course or program for your employees? Our new training course page makes it easier to find specific courses using the new category bar or search function. A few of these courses are offered in a classroom setting at our ERC Training Center in Highland Heights, OH, and ERC Training can also deliver any of these training programs to any organization across the globe.
