ERC is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Keefe to Director of ERC’s HR Advisory Services. ERC’s newly formed HR Advisory Services group significantly increases ERC’s capabilities in servicing clients HR needs.
The HR Advisory team provides a full range of services critical to an organization’s success, including HR consulting, training, coaching, engagement surveys, compensation, total rewards design, and talent management.

Kelly has been with ERC for over 11 years bringing strong leadership skills and strategic direction to the organization. Prior to her time at ERC, Kelly was with Deloitte, where she worked in the Northeast Ohio office, the Chicago office and with the entire Midwest region focusing on business development efforts for various lines of business. During this time, Kelly received the YWCA Women of Leadership Award.
