ERC was represented by 3 speakers at the 2014 HR Star Conference on July 24. The sold-out conference was held at the Holiday Inn in Independence and featured thought leaders on HR and leadership topics. In attendance were over 600 HR professionals from more than 300 companies.

Chris Powers, Senior Consultant and Trainer with ERC, spoke about “How HR Professionals Can Help the Changing Workplace.” Chris is a leading presenter on leadership, change management and supervisory training.
Judy Anderson, Training Consultant with ERC, spoke about “Communication Essentials for HR Professionals.” Judy focuses on the customized design and delivery of Leadership Workshops, Organizational Development, and Management Coaching with ERC.
ERC was also represented by Tricia Smith, ERC’s Manager of Member Services, who emceed the event.
Congratulations to Julie Smith of InterDesign, who was the winner of ERC’s booth drawing! Julie won a golf package including an ERC Health Golf Card, visor, sleeve of balls and a $100 gift card. Also, congratulations to Sharon Curlett of the Cleveland Housing Network, who won the grand prize drawing of a free seat at ERC’s 2015 HR University!
