Highland Heights, OH – ERC, the human resource organization that provides training, HR consulting and support, coaching and assessments, and research services locally and nationally, is pleased to announce that Renée M. DeLuca has joined the company as Content Marketing Manager.
Renée is a veteran of Northeast Ohio's media, marketing, and public relations community. She has spent time as a television news producer and radio reporter in Cleveland and has extensive experience in health care and higher education marketing and media relations.
As Content Marketing Manager, Renée plans ERC’s editorial calendar and executes content strategies that drive engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention. A creator and collaborator with a passion for digital reach, she believes in "story first," and produces engaging copy across all print and digital marketing channels.
Renée is also charged with writing and monitoring ERC's weekly email campaigns, as well as developing content for our social media platforms.
“We’re thrilled to have Renee’s extensive content marketing, PR, and media experience at ERC,” said Nicki Artese, Director, Marketing. “I’m excited for the perspective she brings and am confident her contributions to the marketing team and company will be notable.”
Renee assumes the role currently held by Liz Maier-Liu, as she prepares for her family’s out-of-state move at the end of April. “It’s a bittersweet time as we welcome Renee and part with Liz. I’m very grateful for Liz’s unwavering service and commitment to ERC and all she’s done to onboard Renee virtually during this transition,” said Nicki. ERC employees have been working remotely since mid-March and continue to serve members and clients from their home offices.
“I am excited to join ERC and work with such a seasoned group of professionals, especially during this time of national crisis and adaptation to COVID-19. With the leadership and experience ERC brings to our clients, I am honored to join an organization that is making a difference people’s lives," said Renée. "I am inspired by my coworkers’ meaningful work and proud to be a part of this dynamic organization.”
Renée completed her master's degree coursework in communications at Miami of Ohio and holds a bachelor's degree in communications and English from The University of Akron, where she was a founding member of Alpha Epsilon Rho broadcasting Honor Society. She regularly attends Content Marketing World and other national conferences to hone her skills.
