Interpreting Top-Performer Engagement: A 2020 Report and Virtual Program from the NorthCoast 99

Top performers are the backbone of your company. They’ll sustain you during hard times, push your organization to the other side, and make sure you come out on top. It’s critical that you keep them engaged, happy, and supported, which is especially hard during a crisis. With this year’s unprecedented pandemic, Northeast Ohio employers have been challenged more than ever before to engage and retain top performers.

Join ERC, the founder and producer of NorthCoast 99, as we share data on Northeast Ohio’s most talented professionals at our Interpreting Top-Performer Engagement: A 2020 Report and Virtual Program from the NorthCoast 99. This interactive, data-driven program features practical insights and solutions to the challenges facing the 2020 NorthCoast 99 winning organizations and their industries.

The Interpreting Top-Performer Engagement virtual program will be led by ERC’s Director of Professional Development, Susan Pyles, and Manager of Surveys and Research, Margaret Brinich. Susan and Margaret will dive into data collected from the 2020 NorthCoast 99 application and discuss key findings from the top-performer survey results. All attendees of the event will receive the report with the aggregated data.

The event will conclude with a panel discussion of representatives from several 2020 NorthCoast 99 winning organizations:

  • Tom Tomasula, Chief Human Resource Officer, Red Barn Holdings – Bettcher Industries, Cantrell-Gainco, Tarheel, and Exsurco Medical
  • Michelle Leighton, Chief Talent Officer, Lifebanc
  • Charles Mullen, Chairman, Apple Growth Partners

Moderated by ERC President Kelly Keefe, the panel will discuss some of their organization’s unique engagement and retention practices.

If you are an ERC Member or 2020 NorthCoast 99 applicant, we are offering a discounted rate of $249 for the Event and Report. All Non-ERC Members and Non-NorthCoast 99 applicants are extended a rate of $349 for the Event and Report. Additional guest tickets may be purchased for $49 each.
