Compensation and benefits planning and design can be overwhelming without knowledge of the basics. This session will involve hands-on practice for using a salary survey, creating a basic compensation strategy with base pay and variable pay, and cover simple things HR can do to reinforce positive results in your organization without breaking the bank. We’ll also discuss money-saving tips for your benefit plan design, and a review of legally-required benefits will also be provided
