Leading and Managing Change

Description

Change is inevitable. It’s how change is led and managed that makes the difference. Companies that accept and embrace change are typically healthier, more dynamic, and faster growing than those companies that fear change. In this virtual, instructor-led training, participants will learn how to look for the opportunity and positivity in change and lead their teams through the change process. Additionally, the following topics will be discussed:

  • Change management roles and their responsibilities
  • How to lead the change process
