This session provides an overview of the hiring process and looks at how to implement one in your company. Time and money-saving ways of finding qualified candidates, steps to take when the right candidate is identified, and how to get hiring managers to follow the plan are items of discussion. Time will also be spent on the appropriate strategies needed to link hiring plans with the company’s strategic goals.
