Program Description

Participants in this five-part series will learn practical information and skills to enhance their confidence and competency as a supervisor or manager.

Participants will learn how to lead change, manage diversity, and build effective teams.

Other essentials for management success include problem solving, decision making, planning and managing the work, which will all be discussed. Participants will gain practical skills, strategies, and tools that can immediate be put to use back on-the-job.

Every supervisor is called upon to lead and manage change. This session will help supervisors to:
