Jeremy Pawlak, a Consulting Associate at ERC, provides services to clients in the areas of custom consulting, training, research, coaching, and personnel selection. Furthermore, Jeremy provides support to the NorthCoast 99 program and assists with the management of the application and evaluation process.
Jeremy has a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Akron. Jeremy has a strong research background that began as an undergrad, with his honors thesis being presented at the annual conference of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
During his master’s program, Jeremy continued to develop his research and analytical skills while furthering his understanding of the science behind workplace issues facing individuals, teams, and organizations. Specifically, Jeremy has extensive expertise in psychometrics, personnel selection/assessments, job analysis, training and development, performance management, feedback, organizational psychology (e.g. leadership, teams, organizational culture/climate), coaching, employee attitudes (e.g. job satisfaction, organizational commitment, engagement), turnover, and many other areas.
