This Performance Management Survey report explores performance management practices specifically related to performance reviews, performance criteria, role of the supervisor, and other issues.
In June/July of 2016, ERC conducted a survey of organizations in Northeast Ohio to explore performance management practices specifically related to performance reviews, performance criteria, role of the supervisor in managing performance, and other performance management issues.
The results show several key trends among Northeast Ohio employers in terms of their performance management practices.
