These surveys report on which holidays Northeast Ohio organizations plan to observe as well as holiday parties, gift giving, and more.

This report summarizes the results of ERC’s survey of organizations in Northeast Ohio, conducted in summer 2017 on practices related to talent management.

The survey reports trends in:

Whether it is an employee engagement survey or an opinion/satisfaction survey, the vast majority of employers that use these surveys as a way to collect employee feedback make a conscious effort to make use of the resulting data.

This could mean simply sharing the results with management and identifying areas of improvement, going a step further to set up action plans, get employees involved in the process, and initiate tangible changes at the organization, or a combination of the two strategies.
