The process begins with a concept and follows through the entire design, prototype, development, build, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Embedded throughout the entire APQP are the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) Core Tools. These tools, when applied at the correct time, have the greatest influence on product and process success.
