DiSC training provides real-world solutions for understanding and addressing behavioral styles in the workplace, leading to more productive communication. This training includes a self assessment of your behavioral style either completed in class or as part of class pre-work.
This training class is geared towards employees who wish to learn more about their behavioral styles and the impact those styles have on others in the workplace. This offering is especially effective when attended by intact teams as a way to increase understanding of team member tendencies, possible strengths that each member brings to the team and possible roadblocks that get in the way of achieving results.
