Denise Carol

Denise is an Independent Contractor for ERC, and her areas of interest and expertise are presentation skills, leadership, and management development. She is a natural instructor, highly energetic and enthusiastic. She prides herself on quickly developing rapport with everyone from all levels of staff through front-line to executive management.

After working internally as a corporate Training and Development Specialist, she began contracting exclusively for American Express. She teaches presentation skills, persuasive dialogue, and other customized client programs for a communications organization. She has had the pleasure of travelling internationally for clients, in addition to delivering training across the United States.

While recruiting students for the University of Phoenix, Denise earned her M.A. in Adult Education. Her undergraduate degree is in Communication Arts. Denise developed a course in performance analysis and a five-module series on supervisory skills, and planned and conducted National Train-the-Trainer sessions for 22 Regional Trainers.

Denise’s philosophy in life is to make things happen. She has—and encourages—a “can do” attitude. She is an accomplished marathoner, including the Boston Marathon. She lives in Cleveland and correlates her “3 P” marathon training approach (priorities, pace and perseverance) to the rest of her business and personal life.
