Diane Helbig is a professional trainer, facilitator, and program developer with over 25 years of experience creating and providing impactful programs for a variety of organizations and employees.

Diane has been training since the late 1980s and is valued for her direct, engaging, and humorous style. Because she believes that each person has unique needs, she works with her attendees to ensure they develop their own processes and skills. Diane is adept at engaging with her trainees and empowering them to participate in the process.

Diane’s experience includes training minimum wage employees on both soft and hard skills. While Director of Operations for Data Direction Inc, Diane trained her staff to not only perform their daily tasks but also to create and implement an operating P&L on a weekly basis.

In addition to being an ERC Trainer, Diane has her own firm. Her workshops focus primarily on sales, strategic planning, leadership, customer service, and time management. While she has developed her own workshop programs, Diane is also open to developing customized programs. In many cases, she works with her client to identify their needs and challenges. From that information, Diane creates a customized program designed to meet those needs.

For several years, Diane has been creating and conducting trainings for corporate training organizations and business incubators. Through these relationships, Diane has had the opportunity to positively impact hundreds of leaders and employees at corporations around the United States.

Diane’s strengths come from her years of experience in business leadership and sales, as well as her passion for helping people excel. She has a unique ability to connect with her audience regardless of position, age, or gender. This, combined with her quick wit and ability to problem solve, enhance the trainee experience.

Diane’s main goal is to ensure her trainees and workshop attendees leave with actionable steps they can implement immediately. The positive feedback and consistent requests from a wide range of companies confirm her value as a trainer and workshop facilitator.
