Judy Anderson

Judy focuses on the customized design and delivery of leadership workshops, organizational development, and management coaching. As a real “people-person,” Judy enjoys exploring varied interests with everyone she meets. She gains energy from being with other people and satisfaction through their interactions.

Judy is an accomplished facilitator, creating a safe and comfortable learning environment. Her philosophy for workshop design focuses on participant interaction, experiential approaches, skills and concepts delivery, and application.

She conducts workshops for international corporations, including Avery Dennison, Diebold, Ernst & Young, AT&T, ArcelorMittal Steel, and local, Northeast Ohio organizations, including American Greetings, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Ben Venue Laboratories, and many more.

Her dynamic approach to learning is always in sync with corporate goals of improving margins, productivity, and managing teams. Her work with PolyOne and Bendix—division of Knorr Bremse’s Emerging Leader programs—is especially rewarding given that she has a passion for exploring individuals’ awareness of their behaviors and involvement with organizational change.

Because of her experience working with a variety of companies and industries, Judy has developed a strong background in how to help people take responsibility and to hold their employees accountable. Change management is one of her specialties, and she has seen many positive results from delivering Experience Point’s, ExperienceChange program. Judy is also skilled in assessments and simulations, including a unique teaming-building culinary experience with local chefs.

Judy developed her business acumen working for AT&T for thirty years, holding various technical operations positions responsible for larger organizations. She spent the early part of her career in the monopolistic environment of AT&T. She successfully made the transition into the telecommunications competitive market and moved into a marketing position. Judy’s accomplishments with AT&T set the stage in developing her passion of assisting small and large organizations succeed by enhancing the skills of their managers and individual contributors.

In addition to her degree in business and human resources, she has a certificate in marketing. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). In 2012, Judy obtained her certification as a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC). Judy has a passion for fine dining, baseball, poker, and golfing with the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA).
