Judy Murphy specializes in coaching, policies, and process improvement.

Judy provides consultation in the areas of training and development, change management, staffing and human resource alignment, employee engagement and retention, coaching, policies, and process improvement.

Judy’s background includes 30 years of management, operations, and HR generalist experience. Coupled with several years of HR executive leadership experience, she understands client needs at all levels and aspects of the human resource function from entry to executive levels.

Judy has worked in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Her experience includes financial services, health care, and the arts. She has held executive positions at KeyBank, The Ceres Group, Southwest General Health Center, and The Cleveland Orchestra.

Judy is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and has taught for the Human Resources Certification Institute. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from Baldwin Wallace University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Malone University.

She has served on the board of directors for The Center for Health Affairs, The American Liver Foundation, and Ohio Guidestone. She is currently vice president of the board for Church Street Ministries.
