Margaret Brinich

Manager, Surveys & Research at ERC

Margaret is responsible for the development, administration, analysis and reporting of ERC’s compensation, benefits and workplace practices surveys. She also researches and writes articles and white papers on various HR topics for both internal and external publications.

Before joining ERC, Margaret’s experience included nearly 5 years of qualitative and quantitative research in the Department of Bioethics at the Cleveland Clinic. She currently sits on the board of directors for several local non-profits, including the Lakewood Earth And Food (LEAF) Community and the Lakewood Alumni Foundation. In her spare time she serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Northeast Ohio’s oldest civic journalism project, the Lakewood Observer.

Margaret received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science as well as a Certificate of Bioethics from Cleveland State University in 2007.
