Melissa coordinates all of the activities within the Training Services department. She works with the client, the trainer(s) and ERC. Her responsibilities include coordinating sales, proposals, confirmations, materials, trainers, calendars, financials, evaluations, and A/R.
Melissa’s previous experience was in the administrative sector, where she was a retail sales associate and corporate receptionist at Vitamix Corporate Headquarters. She provided daily assistance to guests, vendors, suppliers, and employees. She was instrumental in rebuilding the sales program at Vitamix, and she also assisted with data entry projects and department projects. As an Affiliate Team Member, Melissa proactively investigated to resolve issues and demonstrated an extremely high level of customer service skills.
