Nada Djordjevich

Nada Djordjevich is an Independent Contractor for ERC, where she provides performance improvement, instructional design and facilitation solutions to leading organizations.

Nada works with clients to design and facilitate employee and leadership training that meets their current and anticipated business needs. She is an engaging instructor with outstanding interpersonal communication skills, dedicated to improving human performance. Her strong work ethic combined with her business experience adds value to an organization’s bottom line.

Nada possesses a strong background in communication, adult learning theory, and performance improvement. Nada’s leadership development training specialties include: Adaptive Leadership, Interviewing, Delegating, Goal-setting, Coaching, Performance Management, Performance Reviews, Leading Change, Building Trust, and Negotiation.

Nada holds a Master of Applied Communication Theory and Methodology and a Bachelor of Communication, both from Cleveland State University. Nada is also trained to facilitate New Leader Assimilation.

Nada was employed by Ohio Savings Bank for 8 years and Key Bank for 9 years, prior to starting her own training consulting business.
