Rafaela Reyes is a performance catalyst, specializing in boosting organizational outcomes through cultural transformation, organizational change management, and leadership development. Rafaela is highly skilled in emotional intelligence. As a results-oriented professional, Rafaela started her career in sales serving Fortune 500 companies including Eastman Kodak Company, Kraft General Foods, and Brother International Corporation. She also found a niche in healthcare where she provided customer service and patient experience training and consultation at Kaiser Permanente, Akron General Health System, Mercy Health, and Molina Healthcare.

A graduate from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, Rafaela has a master’s in degree in Positive Organization Development & Change (MPOD).
