Steve is an Adult Learning Specialist, and a human capital expert. He is a highly experienced consultant, facilitator, and classroom program leader. For the past thirty years, he has specialized in developing the skills of North American business leaders in the areas of management and leadership effectiveness, teambuilding, influence, quality improvement, and project management.
He also has extensive experience in the area of customized program design and development, as well as demonstrated abilities in helping clients adapt to new challenges, markets, processes, and change itself.
Prior to working with ERC, Steve Miller held the role of Director of Professional Development with The Sherwin-Williams Company for nearly sixteen years. He also served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young for six years, and was an Associate for Kepner-Tregoe for seven years. While at KT, Mr. Miller worked with clients such as Honda of America and General Electric.
