Keynote Speaking Topics

Same stuff, different day? If you're stuck in a rut, you've developed deeply entrenched patterns. As the saying goes—when you’re in a hole, stop digging. If you want to make a change in your life or just see your current life differently, you’ll need to do three things: ask different questions, start improvising, and re-tell your story. No more living life on autopilot. It’s time to thrive!

Do you hear that? It’s the voice of your fear, doubt, and shame. Everyone has an inner critic. The trick is not to let that voice dominate your life and dictate your choices. The only way to silence it is to address it. You’ll learn how to change perspective, challenge lies and half-truths, and redirect your thoughts.

As a manager, what are you really managing? The obvious answer is “people,” but if you said that, you’d be wrong. You can’t manage anything you can’t control, including your staff’s motivation. It’s not your job to motivate your staff, but rather to create a culture in which they become self-motivated. Learn the truth about motivation and how it applies to three types of employees: dynamic, dependable, and destructive. Based on Susan’s book, The Manager’s Motivation Handbook.
