Theresa Repicky

Theresa Repicky specializes in conflict management, negotiation, and mediation.

Since 2006, Theresa has served as a consultant and trainer for a variety of organizations, designing and delivering customized corporate training programs in negotiation, communication, conflict management, dealing with difficult people, mediation skills for supervisors, and customer service. She has trained sales professionals, engineers, customer service representatives, human resource professionals, supervisors, managers, directors, and corporate leaders.

Theresa has consulted with numerous organizations to constructively manage workplace conflict and improve performance. She has conducted organizational conflict assessments and designed and implemented conflict management interventions based on organizational needs and goals. In addition, she has designed customized, conflict management processes for organizations to proactively and strategically manage everyday workplace conflict.

Theresa is an associate professor emeritus in Kent State University’s School of Peace and Conflict Studies. She taught courses in conflict management, negotiation, mediation, strategic planning, dispute system design, workplace conflict management, and culture and conflict.

Theresa earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University, a master’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University, and a doctorate in conflict analysis and resolution from Nova Southeastern University.
