Room Rental Information for the

ERC Training Center 

Thank you for your interest in renting the ERC Training Center! We hope that your service is unmatched during the planning process and day of your event.

Due to COVID-19, the room capacity for ERC's Training Center has been adjusted to safely accommodate your group of up to 15 guests. Our enhanced cleaning and safety measures are available upon request.

ERC's Training Room is located on the first floor of our headquarters:

387 Golf View Lane, Suite 100
Highland Heights, OH 44143

Parking is free. Our team will set up and prepare your catered food and drinks prior to your arrival. We'll also assist you with any of your audio/visual needs. ERC has a mouse and slide advance to aid you in your presentation. 

 

Delivering your Materials:

You should email or deliver your slidedeck materials to ERC two days prior to your room rental. Once received, we will take care of the rest and load them onto our training room computer. If we have any issues loading your slides, we’ll let you know and work out whatever issues we’re having.

Food Availability

Food for Thought is the exclusive caterer of the ERC Training Center. To set up your catering, please contact Brenda Hanna directly.

Setting up the Room:

You can choose to set up your training session in any way you’d like. Below are a few of the more popular searting arrangement choices with a list of the maximum capacity below.

Rent the Training Center:

We try to make things go as smoothly as possible on the day of your event. Watch the video to hear about what you can expect from ERC on your rental day.

After the Room Rental:

At the end of the day, all you’ll have to do is pack up your belongings and head on out, we’ll take care of cleanup and room arrangement.

Laura will be following up with you regarding your invoice and if you have any suggestions for future experiences. Thanks again for renting with us and we hope you had a successful session at the ERC Training Center!

Projector Features

The features include a 120” full HD projection screen, 7.1 channel surround sound system, 40” presentor monitor that mirrors full projector, and HDMI, VGA, DVI connections.

Disc Storage Formats Supported

The disc storage formats that we support include DVD, CD, and Blu-Ray.

Other Capabilities

Other features of the room rental include a conference phone, wireless lavaliere and/or wireless handheld microphone, wireless internet, and flipcharts with markers.
