Women’s Leadership Development Intensive Program

The ERC Women’s Leadership Development Intensive offering is an all-inclusive program designed to improve business outcomes by accelerating women’s leadership skills.

The program combines classroom learning, one-on-one and peer coaching, assessments, and networking to create an immersive and transformative experience for participants.

Who should attend:

This offering has been designed for professional women who are currently in a leadership role or have high potential for leadership. It is recommended that women who attend have been in the workplace at least eight years.

Program details:

The program includes six-days in the classroom along with a 360˚ assessment, executive one-on-one coaching, peer coaching, and step-by-step support for each participant to create a personal vision that includes a holistic life plan.
